The launch of a thematic project in the restaurant and catering sector, the secondary objective being the creation of a network of similar establishments, some of which would be franchised.

A project for a hotel in the city of Lisbon (1st phase). The use and adaptation of buildings with recognised market and architectural worth, situated in historic areas of Lisbon, for small and/or medium sized luxury hotels. The project also envisions a small network of hotels that would create synergies and allow for economies of scale.

A project in the financial sector that will complement the business activities of Fundbox SGFII, and will be involved in the management of securities investment funds.
